The scanner can connect to your phone or laptop via USB or Wi-Fi (iOS devices only support Wi-Fi).

1. USB cable connection
1) Connecting to computers(Windows and macOS)
Connect the Micro USB end of the cable to the back of your scanner, then plug the USB-C or A end into your computer.
Click VIDEO and follow the steps to connect the POP scanner.
Note: Please note that POP must be connected to USB 3.0 or above, as USB 2.0 will not supply sufficient operating power. There is a 2-meter-long Type C cable coming with the POP scanner, it is for computers only.
2) Connecting to Android phones
Connect the 2-in-1 cable to POP's rear Micro USB port, tightening the screws. Then connect the Type-A end to a power bank or power supply, and finally, connect the Type-C to your Android device.

2. Wi-Fi connection
1)Connecting to smartphones
Please note that if the POP is connected to a computer via USB, you will not be able to connect to its Wi-Fi. Therefore, please power on the POP scanner with the power socket or a power bank(if you have one).
Android phone user: click VIDEO and follow the steps to connect your Android phone.
iOS(iPhone) user: click VIDEO and follow the steps to connect your iPhone.
2) Connecting to the computers(Windows and macOS), iPad(iOS)
We recommend connecting the POP scanner to the computers by USB cables directly, no need to use a Wi-Fi connection.
For iPad(iOS)users, only a Wi-Fi connection is available.
There are two ways you can connect the POP scanner to your iPad.
Solution 1: change POP's SSID and password to the same as your home Wi-Fi on your Laptop.
To make it easier to understand, let's take this router as an example:
Wi-Fi name: ASKGeNa888
Password: GeNA88_8AsK
Here are the steps:
2)-1) Plug the POP scanner into your Laptop; wait for the green light to turn on;
2)-2) Open Revo Scan; click "Settings icon";
2)-3) Click "WiFi model: setting", and change the NetWork name and password to the ones same as your router's;
2)-4) Click "Confirm"; click "Restart" POP scanner;
2)-5) Unplug the POP scanner, exit the Revo Scan;
2)-6) Power on the POP scanner with the power socket or power bank, don't power it on with the laptop/pads since it will read the USB connection by default and you can't find the SSID on the WiFi list.
2)-7) Check your iPad Wifi list, search the SSID of your router, and connect it.
2)-8) Open Revo Scan on your iPad, click "Setting", select "WiFi Mode";
2)-9) Back to the Home page, click "Scan", wait for 10s, and you will see Serial Number(SN) showing up;
2)-10) Select the SN, and click "Confirm".
Solution 2: Connect the POP scanner to your phone via Wi-Fi, turn on your phone's hotspot, search for the hotspot on the iPad's Wi-Fi list, and connect it.
