Note:
For POP 2, POP 3, MINI, RANGE and INSPIRE only.
For the POP scanner, please read this article.
Please troubleshoot this problem step by step, if doing all the steps and the problem remains, please connect to another phone/laptop to isolate the problem.
Firstly, please find a laptop and connect the scanner to it via the long USB cable(2 meters). Once connected, click the Settings icon, and see the SSID and password. It has to be a Host Connection Mode.
1, Check your iPad/iPhone's Settings - Privacy - Local Network - Revo Scan - Toggle on and let Revo Scan access your device;
2, Power on the scanner with an outlet power supply, such as a power socket or power bank;
3, When you see the prompt: The WLAN xxx doesn't appear to be connected to the Internet. Please select Keep Trying WLAN or Connect WLAN anyway. Do NOT use Cellular Data;
4, Reboot the scanner;
5, Reboot your iPad/iPhone.
