When there is a software crash, calibration failure, or error notice, please contact us and send the log folders for further help.
Where to get the relevant folders?
At the bottom left column of the software, click Feedback - View.
In the open folder, click RevoScan6, find folders named calibration, crash, and logs.
Package all three folders and add your issue description. Send to customer@revopoint3d.com for further help.
