Where to Find the Scanner’s SN, Firmware Version, Wi-Fi Host Name (SSID), System Version, and App Version?

MIRACO Series

There are two ways to find the MIRACO/Plus serial number (SN):

1. Check the label on the bottom of the scanner.
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen, tap "Settings", scroll down, and select "About". Here, you can find the SN, App Version, and System Version.

Trackit Series

There are two ways to find the Tracker and Scanner's serial number (SN)/Firmware version:

1. Check the label on the bottom of the scanner.

2. Connect the scanner to the laptop, wait for the indicator lights to turn green, run the software, wait for “Device is connected”, and click the Settings icon to find the firmware version/SN(Serial Number)/WiFi Name.

Other Scanners
