Step 1: Check if the cable is used correctly. In the package, the 2-meter-long USB cable is for COMPUTER use only. The two-in-one(2-in-1) short cable is for a phone connection only, do not use it for the computer.
⚠️POP and INSPIRE do not include a two-in-one(2-in-1) cable.
Step 2: After powering on the scanner, observe if the indicator light on the back of the scanner turns green. A constant blue, red, or no color change before green on the indicator light, all indicate a malfunction.
Step 3: Try plugging into different ports(USB 3.0 or higher) or using different USB cables to eliminate port aging and cable short circuit issues.
Step 4, please check if the USB cable has been recognized by your PC by clicking the Apple logo - About This Mac - More Information - System Report - Hardware - USB

Step 5, please check if you have installed one of these apps on your PC, if you have, please quit them completely.
