What power source should I use?

Please use the black, short power cable included in the package to power the portable turntable.

You can use any of the following power sources:

• Laptop
• PC
• Power socket
• Phone charger

🚫 Do NOT use a power bank to power the turntable.

How do I use the portable turntable?

1. Connect the power cable.
   Use the black, short power cable included in the package to connect the portable turntable to a laptop, PC, power socket, or phone charger. Do not use a power bank.
2. Turn on the turntable.
   Slide the switch on the side of the turntable to the CW or CCW position. The indicator light should turn yellow-green.
3. Adjust the rotation speed.
   Adjust the speed from higher to slower until you find the rotation speed that works best for your scanning needs.

4. Adjust the rotation direction.
   Swipe the control to CW (clockwise) or CCW (counterclockwise) to change the rotation direction.

    

Troubleshooting: The Turntable Doesn't Rotate

If you have followed all the steps above correctly but the portable turntable still does not rotate, tap the top surface of the turntable firmly a few times to help activate the motor.

After tapping, check whether the turntable starts rotating. You can also firmly shake the turntable and listen for any unusual sounds coming from inside. If the issue persists, please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for further assistance.
