Run Revo Scan, click the '+ New Project' button, then find the 'Help' button on the top bar. Click 'Feedback', then click the 'View' button. Next, click the 'Revo ***' folder on the top toolbar, package and zip all the folders(such as "Calibration", "Logs", and "Crash", etc.), then send them to customer@revopoint3d.com.
How to send folders to Revopoint for checking?
On Android & iOS
Run Revo Scan on the smartphone, tap Settings - Feedback, type the questions in brief, such as app crashed, input your email, and toggle on Send log files. Tap Send.
