Run Revo Scan, click the '+ New Project' button, then find the 'Help' button on the top bar. Click 'Feedback', then click the 'View' button. Next, open the 'Revo Scan5' folder, zip the required folder (such as the Calibration, Config, Crash, or Logs folder), and send it.
On Android & iOS
Run Revo Scan on the smartphone, tap Settings - Feedback, type the questions in brief, such as app crashed, input your email, and toggle on Send log files. Tap Send.
