This can be considered as a graphics card problem.
Follow the steps below to update the graphics card and solve the problem.
Right-click on the Windows logo at the left bottom corner of the PC, find "Device Manager", find "Display adapters".
Right-click on the name of the graphics card, click "Update driver".
Click "Browse my computer for drivers".
Click "Search for updated drivers on Windows Update".
Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer", click "Next".
Select the second driver first, click "Next", wait until the installation is successful. Rerun Revo Scan, and see if the central preview window works normally.
If not, repeat the steps above, but select and update the first driver this time.
