MetroX: USB Connection

Please follow the steps below to connect the MetroX, from Step 1 to Step 4, in order:

• Firstly, power on the scanner using the power adapter.
• Once you hear the fan running, connect the scanner to the PC using the USB cable.

To successfully connect the MetroX,

1, download the correct software

2, connect the scanner in the order shown above

3, the software should display the connection type as USB 3.0. If it shows as USB 2.0, try the following:

• Use a different USB port,
• Use the small Type-C adapter, or
• If available, use a USB 3.0 adapter.

Note: It is recommended to keep the PC charged while using the scanner.
