When there is a software crash, calibration failure, or error notice, please contact us and send the folders for further help.
Let's take Revo Metro as a reference.
Where to get the relevant folders?
In the software, click Help - Feedback - View.
In the open folder, click Revo Metro, find folders named calibration, crash, and logs.
Package all three folders and add your issue description. Send to customer@revopoint3d.com for further help.
